Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing: Own and execute performance-based marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google, YouTube, and audio channels, focusing on optimizing for CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
- Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and analyze paid media campaigns from end to end, including A/B testing, iterative improvements, and strategic pivots based on performance data.
- Cross-Channel Optimization: Collaborate with creative teams to optimize ads using generative AI, ensuring timely campaign execution and adaptation based on performance results.
- International Market Expansion: Develop and adapt marketing strategies for South Korea and Japan, leveraging the client’s partnerships in the entertainment industry.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on key metrics, analyzing performance data, and providing actionable insights to refine ongoing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, statistical analysts, and external partners, to ensure campaigns align with business goals and customer expectations.
- Budget Management: Take full ownership of the paid media budget, optimizing spend across all active channels to meet ROI targets.
- Email Campaigns (Nice to Have): Launch and manage basic email campaigns using Kajabi’s built-in CRM and email marketing tools to support customer retention and engagement.

- Growth & Scalability: Drive growth by delivering results through scalable, data-driven campaigns.
Required Skills:
- Performance Marketing Expertise: 3+ years of experience planning, executing, and managing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Hands-On Campaign Management: Ability to manage the full lifecycle of paid campaigns, from setup to optimization and reporting.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills, with experience working closely with creative teams to bring campaign ideas to life.
- Startup Experience: A background in venture-backed startups or fast-paced environments where adaptability and problem-solving are key.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Entertainment Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing in the entertainment industry, particularly campaigns that connect global audiences with entertainment-based products.
- Email Marketing: Basic experience with email marketing tools, ideally within Kajabi or similar platforms, to manage simple retention campaigns.
- International Market Knowledge: Prior experience with APAC markets, particularly South Korea and Japan, is highly preferred.
- Generative AI: Experience using generative AI tools to collaborate on ad creatives and improve the speed and efficiency of campaign rollouts.
- APAC Market Specialization: Specific experience working with brands or products in the APAC region, particularly South Korea and Japan, is highly desirable.
