Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Photographer to capture, edit, and manage professional-quality photos across multiple brands and projects.
- This role involves creating visual content for business campaigns, social media, events, products, lifestyle shoots, and personal branding.
- The ideal candidate is an experienced photographer with strong editing skills and an organized approach to managing photo libraries.
- You will work closely with the Digital Marketing & Content Manager, Social Media Managers, and Videographer to deliver content that aligns with brand identity and campaign goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute photo shoots for campaigns, events, products, lifestyle, and branding.
- Capture professional-quality images across all company brands and personal brand projects.
- Edit, retouch, and prepare images for social media, websites, marketing, and print.
- Collaborate with digital and social media teams to provide content for campaigns and calendars.
- Ensure consistency in style, quality, and visual identity across platforms.
- Organize, catalog, and maintain a photo library for all brands.
- Stay updated on photography trends, styles, and techniques to keep content fresh.
- Manage and maintain photography equipment.
- Provide creative input and recommendations for new content ideas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years professional photography experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing lifestyle, branding, and event photography.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of visual storytelling, lighting, and composition.
- Experience working with marketing or social media teams preferred.
- Strong organizational skills for managing content libraries.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Flexible and adaptable to work in different environments and with multiple brands.
Key Requirements:
- Must be able to work in our Ikate / Lekki Phase 1 Office (Freedom Way)
- Some positions may transition to a hybrid schedule after a 3 month probation & demonstrated ability to work independently from home.
- Must have a flexible work schedule, and must be available to work US hours and weekends as needed.
- Must be creative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: Competitive (N200,000 - N250,000 monthly), based on senior-level experience; flexible ± depending on qualifications.
