Responsibilities
- Create high-quality photographs that align with the organization's creative vision and objectives.
- Capture a wide range of subjects, including events, products, portraits, and landscapes.
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to understand their photography needs and preferences.
- Utilize various photography techniques and equipment to achieve desired outcomes.
- Edit and enhance photographs using post-processing software to ensure the highest quality results.
- Manage and maintain photography equipment, ensuring proper functioning and cleanliness.
- Stay updated with photography trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve skills.
- Organize and manage digital files, ensuring efficient access and retrieval.
- Work with the marketing team to provide visual content for promotional materials, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions to develop innovative photography concepts.
Education + Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience as a Photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse photographic styles.
- Proficiency in using various photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and editing software.
- Knowledge of composition, lighting, and color theory to create visually compelling images.
- Experience in portrait photography, event photography, and post-processing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- Ability to work in various environments and adapt to different photography scenarios.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for visual content.
- Familiarity with digital asset management and organization.
