Job Description
- Paruto Media is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Photographer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for capturing moments and turning them into lasting memories.
- You will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality images across a variety of subjects and settings.
Requirements
- Capture high-quality images in various settings, including events, portraits, product photography, and other assignments as needed.
- Retouch and edit images using software like Adobe Photoshop, Light-room, or similar tools to enhance and finalise photographs.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations to deliver tailored photography services.
- Maintain and manage photography equipment, ensuring all gear is in good working condition and properly set up for each session.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop concepts for photoshoot that align with the company's brand and client objectives.
- Organize and archive image files, ensuring they are accessible and properly labelled for future use.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Photographer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse photography styles.
- Proficiency in photography equipment and software (e.g., cameras, lenses, lighting, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of photography techniques, composition, lighting, and colour theory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or travel as required for shoots.
- Experience with videography is a plus.
- Knowledge of social media trends and experience in content creation for digital platforms.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and managing time effectively.
- Ensure all photography activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
