Responsibilities :
You will be part of the Customer Success & TechOps team
- Motivated and team spirit.
- Understand customer requirements and functional specifications.
- Ability to understand the nature of customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Troubleshoot software issues reported by customers.
- Keep software applications up to date.
- Proactively improve the source of software code to increase efficiency.
- Develop improvements in the existing application.
- Application testing, performance analysis and continuous improvement.
- Send regular updates on project status. Coordination with co-developers and other related departments.
Writing incident reports
- Responsible for resolving customer issues via live chat, email, phone and remote software.
- Maintain policies and procedures when working with clients and provide appropriate information.
- Collaborate with team members on knowledge transfer, procedures and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of daily communications and resolved issues
- Preferred qualifications Degree in PHP, web development or any other similar field.
- Mastery of PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML, JavaScript.
- Mastery of Python.
- Ability to deploy the application on Apache Web Server. Ability to work independently and also in a team.
- Dedication and commitment to work. Good knowledge of Node.js, jQuery, AJAX, XML, Knowledge of Linux server management will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in English and French can be an asset.
