Job Summary
- The PR & Communications Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans, managing media relations, and enhancing the public image of Rise Interactive Studios. This role involves crafting compelling narratives, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR and communication strategies to promote the Company’s projects and brand.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and promotional content.
- Coordinate press events, interviews, and public appearances.
- Manage the company's social media presence and oversee content creation for various platforms.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage to assess the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure brand consistency.
- Act as a spokesperson for the company when required.
- Manage communication crisis to handle potential reputational risks.
- Write compelling content, including press releases, articles, blog posts, and speeches.
- Plan and manage events, including product launches, premieres, workshops, and press tours.
- Monitor and respond to online mentions of the company to enhance engagement and mitigate negative feedback.
- Ensure brand consistency in messaging across all communication channels, including social media, websites, and traditional media.
- Draft newsletters, memos, or updates for employees about key developments, projects, or policies.
Qualifications
- A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in PR, media relations, or corporate communications.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities for press releases, articles, speeches, and other content.
- Proven track record in managing successful PR campaigns and building media relationships.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
