About the job

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose solutions that meet their business needs
  • Conduct product demonstrations, Needs analysis, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to showcase the value and benefits of the company's offerings and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Analyze customer requirements and architect tailored solutions that align with their business objectives
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs with accurate and well-structured technical input
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and their technical capabilities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in technologies to provide insights that strengthen the sales strategy
  • Support the onboarding process for new customers by coordinating with implementation teams to ensure smooth transitions
  • Maintain accurate records of presales activities, including customer interactions, POCs, and solution designs.
  • Conduct Requirement Gathering for implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a presales or technical role, preferably in a technology environment.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to explain complex solutions in simple terms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint), and collaboration platforms.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address client-specific challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
