Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose solutions that meet their business needs
Conduct product demonstrations, Needs analysis, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to showcase the value and benefits of the company's offerings and pursuing new business opportunities
Analyze customer requirements and architect tailored solutions that align with their business objectives
Respond to RFPs/RFIs with accurate and well-structured technical input
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and their technical capabilities.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in technologies to provide insights that strengthen the sales strategy
Support the onboarding process for new customers by coordinating with implementation teams to ensure smooth transitions
Maintain accurate records of presales activities, including customer interactions, POCs, and solution designs.
Conduct Requirement Gathering for implementation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in a presales or technical role, preferably in a technology environment.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to explain complex solutions in simple terms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint), and collaboration platforms.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to address client-specific challenges.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
