Job Summary
- We are seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer to support the sales team in positioning and demonstrating enterprise solutions across ERP, AI/ML, BI, and other solutions provided by Data2Bots. The role is responsible for bridging technical expertise and business strategy, ensuring that prospects understand the value of our solutions and how they solve real-world challenges.
- The ideal candidate may currently be a Solution Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or Technical Sales Specialist with experience working across multiple solution domains and engaging clients to design scalable, practical, and business-aligned solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting, preferably in enterprise software or technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise solutions including ERP, AI/ML platforms, BI tools, and digital transformation technologies.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with client-facing experience.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales, product, and engineering teams.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture, integrations, and technical feasibility considerations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client business objectives and define solution approaches across ERP, AI, BI, and other enterprise platforms.
- Translate client requirements into high-level solution designs, highlighting business value, scalability, and technical feasibility.
- Lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts that clearly communicate solution capabilities.
- Advise clients on enterprise solution architectures and integration considerations to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Support proposal development with technical input, solution diagrams, and feasibility assessments.
- Act as a technical liaison between sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are implementable and meet client expectations.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to inform positioning and pre-sales strategy.
- Provide feedback from prospects and client interactions to internal teams to influence product development and solution enhancements.
- Ensure consistent quality of pre-sales deliverables, presentations, and client engagements.
