Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technology driven Procurement and Sourcing Analyst to be part of Business transformation Project. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in technology procurement, sourcing, vendor management and stakeholder management

Key Responsibility

Vendor Management:

  • Manage supplier onboarding, qualification, and performance evaluation using Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP).
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality service and timely delivery.
  • Monitor supplier compliance with contracts and organizational policies.

Procurement & Sourcing Operations:

  • Execute sourcing events, including RFPs, RFIs, and auctions, using Ariba and other tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define requirements and ensure alignment with procurement strategies.
  • Streamline procurement workflows to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times.
  • Gather and challenge clear requirements and demands as needed to align with market best practices.
  • Carry out gap analysis, AS-SI and TO-BE for procurement and sourcing processes. 
  • Knowledge and understanding of Source to Pay process, vendor management and industry standards, methodologies, processes, and best practices

Project Management and Process Improvement

  • Project manage end-to-end sourcing process and contract negotiations against aggressive timelines.
  • Contribute to process improvements and stakeholder education.
  • Assist in establishing and achieving realistic KPIs and measures.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver system design and support

Key Performance Indicator

  • Achieve a minimum of 12% annual reduction in technology procurement costs.
  • Maintain an average procurement cycle time of 30 days or less.
  • Ensure at least 95% of vendors meet performance expectations.
  • Maintain 100% contract compliance with organizational standards.
  • Automate at least 80% of procurement processes.
  • 6.Increase supplier diversity to achieve 25% spend with diverse suppliers.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in IT or technology procurement and sourcing
  • Understanding of procurement and sourcing E2E processes
  • Experience working with SAP, Ariba and Coupa is a plus

Working Knowledge

  • Technology market trends and innovations.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices (e.g., ITIL, CIPS).
  • Contract management and negotiation.
  • Vendor management and performance metrics.
  • Engagement in risk management and mitigation strategies.

Skills

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation.
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making.
  • Project management (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational objectives
  • Knowledge of Microsoft package, SAP, Ariba, Coupa, ERP System or similar procurement and sourcing systems.
