Role Description
- Conduct user research to understand and analyze user needs and behaviors.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Design and deliver innovative and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Required Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and user-centered approach.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, we use Figma.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- You are a good multitasker who can work within tight deadlines.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can articulate your ideas to different stakeholders.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
