Job Description:
- We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Low Code Web Designer to design, build, and maintain visually appealing websites using low-code platforms such as Wix, Editor X, and Webflow.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, excellent technical skills, and the ability to translate client requirements into beautiful, functional web experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive, high-performance websites using Wix, Editor X, and Webflow.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, goals, and brand identity.
- Create visually appealing layouts, interfaces, and user experiences that align with client expectations.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
- Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring they remain modern and functional.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to integrate necessary features and content.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs that arise during the design and development process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a web designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in Wix, Editor X, and Webflow.
- Proficiency in using Wix, Editor X, and Webflow to create and manage websites.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customization when needed.
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience with SEO optimization and web performance best practices.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Candidate can be in any part of Africa
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other low-code/no-code platforms.
- Graphic design skills and experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and user-centered design approaches.
- Basic understanding of content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing concepts.
