Job Summary
- The primary responsibility of this role is to meticulously plan, execute, and successfully deliver AI and digital integration projects while adhering to strict timelines, staying within the defined project scope, and ensuring budget compliance.
- This involves not only overseeing the deployment of sophisticated AI and machine learning models but also managing critical system integrations, such as connecting WinCC/PCS7 systems to SAP.
- Additionally, the role requires effective coordination and collaboration with various vendors and plants, facilitating clear communication and alignment across all involved parties to ensure seamless project execution and integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables for AI/ML and system integration projects.
- Lead cross-functional project teams including IT, automation, production, and vendors.
- Coordinate rollout of kiln and mill optimizers across multiple plants.
- Oversee server connectivity using WinCC and XLReporter for SAP data integration.
- Track project milestones, budgets, and issue logs; provide regular reporting to leadership.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree/diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in industrial project management, preferably in process automation or digital transformation.
- Strong knowledge of WinCC, PCS7, and SAP connectivity.
- PMP or Prince2 certification is preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering complex multi-vendor projects across multiple sites.
- Roles may require periodic travel to plant locations.
- Working in shifts or after office hours may be required based on project phase.
- Strong collaboration with operational, IT, and plant teams expected.
