Grundtvig International Secondary School is a Nigerian independent boarding school in Oba, Anambra State. It is named after Danish philosopher N. F. S. Grundtvig and is built upon his folk high school education-for-life principles for education. It educates boys and girls 12 to 18 years old and was founded in 1998 by Dr. Kachi Ozumba Snr (1942-2011). The school won the 2013 Science Teachers Association of Nigeria (STAN) Mathematics Competition in Anambra State.
Requirements
The ideal candidate:
- A First Degree or HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, or in any other related field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience. (Experience in an educational institution may be an advantage.)
- Excellent standard of spoken and written English
- Excellent interpersonal, team-working, networking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to generate relevant tasks and work with minimal supervision. This includes generating publicity/marketing and student recruitment plans and targets and executing them successfully.
- Must be computer literate and conversant with the use of social media.
- Must ensure and promote best practices in customer service.
