Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled PRO & CLO to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a positive company image, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring effective communication with the public and communities affected by our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
PRO:
- Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company's reputation
- Manage media relations, including press releases and crisis communication
- Create engaging content for social media and corporate publications
- Organize events and campaigns to promote the company's brand
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and public perception
CLO:
- Build and maintain relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and authorities
- Facilitate effective communication and address concerns regarding pipeline projects
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies and programs
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure minimal disruption to communities
- Identify and mitigate potential community-related risks and issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in PR, mass communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PR and community relations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and crisis management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong media and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with pipeline construction and industry regulations is an asset
