Job Summary
- The candidate will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting the organization's products and services.
- The candidate will majorly enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire leads.
Job Duties
- Formulate PR plans and strategies
- Enhance the company’s voice and presence through online and offline channels.
- Manage media relations and requests
- Write press releases, speeches and other PR copy
- Plan and supervise events, fairs, conferences etc.
- Support the implementation of promotional plans
- Present solutions in times of PR crisis
- Facilitate the resolution of disputes with the public or external vendors
- Lead survey initiatives and analyze public opinion
Job Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing Management or Marketing Communications or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in Digital Marketing Communication and Social Media Management.
- A NIMN or NIPR membership is an added advantage.
- Experience in Copywriting and editing written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
- Proficient in marketing automation tools
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Aptitude in presentation and public speaking
