Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled Public Relations Supervisor to oversee and manage our organization's public image and communication strategies.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing PR campaigns, maintaining media relations, and crafting compelling content to enhance brand visibility.
  • Additionally, youwill be tasked with monitoring media coverage, managing crisis communications, and coordinating events to promote our organization's objectives.
  • The Public Relations Supervisor should have excellent communication skills, a strong network of media contacts, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing PR strategies and campaigns,
  • Updating promotional publications,
  • Public & media relations,
  • Updating and maintaining social media & website content,
  • Developing, and deploying press releases,
  • Advertisings and sponsorships,
  • Managing media or publicity events the company likes to hold or organize.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience (4years) in a similar role, preferably in the PR or media industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and press releases.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships with media contacts, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing PR campaigns, media relations, and crisis communications.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative PR strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Proficiency in digital PR tools and platforms, including social media management and analytics.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve PR objective
  • The applicant must be residing in Ogun / Lagos State.
