Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze loan applications, approvals, and disbursements to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify patterns in improperly handled or disbursed loans and develop data-driven solutions to mitigate risks.
- Monitor key quality metrics and generate reports on loan processing errors, delays, or inconsistencies.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks on loan transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Work closely with the Risk and Compliance teams to recommend process enhancements that improve loan quality.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all quality assurance assessments.
- Utilize data analytics tools to assess loan performance trends and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Provide detailed reports on loan discrepancies and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective measures.
- Develop dashboards and tracking systems to monitor the effectiveness of process improvements.
- Work closely with loan officers, underwriting teams, and customer service teams to resolve issues in loan processing.
- Conduct training sessions for relevant staff on best practices to enhance loan handling and minimize errors.
- Provide recommendations to management on improving loan quality and overall customer experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Risk Management, Loan Operations, or a related field within a financial institution.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data analytics tools and Excel for reporting.
- Knowledge of loan policies, credit risk management, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with loan management systems and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with financial services compliance and audit processes.
