VerifyMe is building the Nigerian trust infrastructure by offering digital identity and verification services to a wide range of industries and the retail market. Licensed by the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC), our verification services are available by API or via our full-service Managed Verification Platform. Our customers can leverage our services to enable contactless customer onboarding, confirm National Identification Number (NIN), Bank Verification Number (BVN), and Driver’s License (FRSC) and secure e-commerce transactions using our AI-powered facial recognition and liveness detection technology. All our verifications are compliant with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Tier III and Anti-Money Laundering (AML), we give decision-makers the tools to assess suitability for financial services and employment.

  • The quality assurance officer will report directly to the Quality Assurance Manger Verification services, or his/her designee.
  • The quality assurance officer is responsible for approving all verification from addresses to guarantor and employment verification awaiting approval, you are to monitor the quality of the verification report submitted by the agents which must be devoid of errors and falsification and approve within two hours of submission to reduce breach in customers' SLA.
  • You are expected to ensure quality reports and customers' overall satisfaction through communications and focus on enhancing customer retention.
  • You will be responsible for analyzing and preparing agent payment weekly without any favor to any agent or coordinator.

Responsibilities

  • Approve all addresses verification awaiting approval within two hours of submission.
  • Approve all guarantor and employment verification awaiting approval within 2 hours of confirmation by the GEC staff.
  • Responsible for spotting all falsification in verification report submitted by the agents.
  • Communicate in a professional way with client coordinators on issues regarding verification.
  • Relate complicating verification reports through the quality assurance manager.
  • Proactively monitor the report patterns of agent and pay attention to every detail regarding the verification.
  • Give late addresses priority when approving.
  • Carefully prepare agent payment weekly with proper analytical skill devoid of error in calculation.
  • Relate with the finance team and senior operations manager on any issue regarding agent payment.
  • Monitor operational processes and ensure compliance to SOP.
  • Report agent misconduct to agent management.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Manager, VS, and QA manager

Requirements Skill Set

  • Exceptional analytical skill,
  • Attention to details and time management skills.
  • They must be self-motivated.
  • Ability to proactively think ahead to bit time.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and under immense pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel and other office suites.
  • Must be tech savvy.
