Role Overview
- We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer who is passionate about quality and detail. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards, working closely with developers and product teams to test, refine, and deliver exceptional digital platforms. If you have a keen eye for detail, love breaking things (so they can be rebuilt better), and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.
What You Will Do
- Design, implement, and execute test plans to identify bugs and ensure product quality across our platforms.
- Work closely with development and product teams to understand requirements and test for functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Build and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency and ensure coverage for critical components.
- Ensure products meet scalability, performance, and security benchmarks.
- Track bugs, create test reports, and continuously improve testing processes to align with best practices.
What You Will Bring
- At least 3+ years in software quality assurance with a strong background in manual and automated testing.
- Strong proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset—you can work seamlessly with product managers, developers, and designers.
- You approach problems methodically and always look for opportunities to improve processes.
- Comfortable with Agile development methodologies, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
- Experience in performance and security testing frameworks.
- Certification in ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) or equivalent.
- Experience testing cloud-based solutions, especially on AWS, is a big plus.
