About the Role
- We’re looking for a Quality Control Manager to ensure every piece of work that leaves One Box Media meets the highest creative, technical, and brand standards.
- You’ll serve as the final checkpoint for accuracy, consistency, and excellence — making sure all deliverables (designs, videos, campaigns, and content) meet both client expectations and One Box Media’s internal benchmarks.
- This role requires someone who’s detail-oriented, process-driven, and creative-minded — someone who can balance perfection with efficiency, and who deeply understands the media production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Review all creative and technical deliverables before client submission to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.
- Establish and maintain company-wide quality control processes and checklists.
- Collaborate with creative, technical, and strategy teams to uphold brand standards.
- Identify and correct design, copy, or production errors.
- Provide constructive feedback to teams to improve quality and efficiency.
- Ensure all media files, content, and deliverables align with client specifications and project briefs.
- Monitor workflows and recommend improvements for better output quality.
- Conduct routine audits on completed projects to assess performance and maintain excellence.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media Production, Quality Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in quality control, production management, or project review (preferably in a media, creative, or advertising environment).
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.
- Strong understanding of creative workflows (design, video, content, etc.).
- Ability to manage deadlines, multiple tasks, and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with project management or review tools (e.g., Trello, Notion, Frame.io, ClickUp).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a creative agency, film production company, or digital marketing team.
- Basic technical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or other production tools.
- Certification or training in quality management or process improvement.
