Job Description
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Rent4less website. This includes but is not limited to; maintaining robust systems for inventory management, product information management, sales and marketing optimization, and payment tracking
- Perform server administration tasks such as setting up new users, managing security permissions, and granting log-in access
- Make updates on the website and monitor current subscriber data on the platform
- Maintain property pricing & plans on the website ensuring that price changes are implemented in an accurate & timely manner
- Follow-up on online payments and other relevant information.to support the smooth running of operations
- Attend to inquiries or requests from subscribers regarding vacant properties on the platform
- Track customer online requests and share details with the Property Manager
- Manage the property catalog on the website
- Be proactive in identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities and risks on the platform.
- Work with the back-end IT team and other cross-functional teams to integrate new features and optimize the user journey.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
- Liaise with the Marketing and Corporate Communications team on product content & images
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to maintain and improve the system.
- Execute other tasks as delegated by the Line Manager
Qualifications
- First degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Public Relations, Estate Management, and Engineering
- Minimum of 3 cognate years of experience in system administration and e-commerce systems administration, PR management preferably within the real estate/construction industry.
- Hands-on Experience in website management is strongly desired
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms
- Good technical knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and web services.
- Familiarity with database management and SQL.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, critical for issue resolution.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, particularly within a cross-functional environment.
