Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled Research Analyst to collect and analyze HR data across various sectors, identifying trends, insights, and business opportunities. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent research skills, and the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement research methodologies to collect HR data from various sectors, including surveys, interviews, and secondary research.
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Develop and maintain databases to store and manage HR data.
- Develop insightful reports and presentations to communicate HR data findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Identify and highlight key trends, challenges, and opportunities in the HR landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR data insights into business decision-making.
- Analyze HR data to identify business opportunities, such as talent gaps, training needs, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Develop strategic recommendations to address identified opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with business development teams to explore new business opportunities and partnerships.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent research and data analysis skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of HR trends and challenges.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Data Analysis and Tools:
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
- Experience with statistical analysis software such as R, SQL, or SPSS.
- Familiarity with data management and database design principles.
- Knowledge of data mining and machine learning techniques.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in research, data analysis, or HR.
- Experience working with HR data and systems is an added advantage.
