Responsibilities:
- Execute graphic design tasks for new product launches and promotional campaigns, extending creative concepts based on headquarters' templates.
- Design materials including, but not limited to: brand flyers, standees, in-store lightboxes, price tags, packaging, promotional apparel, and other retail marketing collateral.
- Independently complete design tasks with strong creativity and aesthetic sensibility, providing exceptional creative concepts and transforming them into compelling visual works.
- Track and oversee project progress, promptly submit proposals to frontline colleagues, and adjust and optimize designs based on feedback.
- Stay informed on industry trends and design styles, continuously improving design concepts and skills.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team, participate in project discussions and decision-making, and provide professional opinions and suggestions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in design, arts, or related fields.
- Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop (PS) and Illustrator (AI).
- Relevant work experience or background is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, a capacity for innovation, and high self-motivation and enthusiasm for work.
- Excellent creativity and aesthetic sensibility, capable of independently completing design tasks.
- Good team collaboration and project communication skills.
