Job Summary
- We are looking for a talented Mid-Level RPA Developer to join our automation team in designing and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity across business operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate, along with a strong understanding of process workflows and automation principles.
- You’ll work closely with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to build, test, and deploy automation solutions. This role is perfect for a technically sound, detail-oriented individual who is eager to grow in the RPA space while contributing to high-impact digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand processes and gather automation requirements.
- Build efficient, maintainable automation workflows following industry best practices.
- Conduct unit testing and participate in user acceptance testing.
- Document workflows, technical designs, and configuration steps.
- Support and troubleshoot deployed bots to ensure they run reliably and accurately.
- Stay informed about RPA trends and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Process Analysis & Optimization
- Assist in identifying suitable processes for automation through process walkthroughs and data analysis.
- Recommend minor process improvements to ensure automation efficiency and reduce exceptions.
- Implement basic exception handling and logging features in automation scripts.
Support & Maintenance
- Provide post-deployment support for live bots, including monitoring and issue resolution.
- Assist in performing updates, enhancements, or patches as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation for automated processes and configurations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in RPA development using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
- Basic to intermediate programming skills in Python, C#, Java, or VB.NET.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL), APIs, and integration techniques.
- Understanding of RPA architecture and bot deployment lifecycle.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- RPA certification (UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere) is a strong advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to OCR tools, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), or AI-powered automation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms like SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for automation deployment is a plus.
