Job Description

  • Sales Management: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling property presentations and pitches.
  • Digital Marketing: Design and execute digital marketing campaigns to enhance the online presence of real estate properties.
  • Utilize social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital channels to reach and engage with the target audience.
  • Optimize website content and user experience to drive organic traffic and improve lead conversion.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and digital marketing best practices, implementing innovative strategies accordingly.
  • Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to identify and nurture potential clients.
  • Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach.
  • Provide regular reports on sales and marketing performance, highlighting areas for improvement and success stories.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
