Sales Representative/ social media Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets in a retail store environment
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services
- Work independently, making decisions without constant supervision
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Post high-quality content (images, videos, and captions) on social media platforms
- Conduct social media surveys to engage with customers and gather feedback
- Monitor analytics to optimize online engagement and sales
- Maintain a professional and respectful tone in all online interactions
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales and social media experience
- Proven track record of sales success and social media growth
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions without constant supervision
- Comfortable with adult content and able to maintain a professional demeanor
