Responsibilities:
- Agile Facilitation: Guide and coach teams in the Agile/Scrum framework.
- Team Empowerment: Empower teams to self-organize and make decisions collaboratively.
- Sprint Planning: Facilitate sprint planning sessions and ensure commitment to sprint goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between the team and stakeholders.
- Obstacle Removal: Proactively identify and remove impediments to team progress.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on team velocity and other Agile metrics.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support in Agile practices.
Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and methodologies.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset and a focus on team success.
