Job Description

  • We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Artificial Intelligence (AI) Sales Specialist to drive business growth by delivering cutting-edge AI solutions to enterprise clients. As a trusted advisor, you will leverage your expertise in AI-driven technologies to address complex business challenges, helping organizations unlock the potential of machine learning (ML), predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
  • This role demands a deep understanding of AI products, such as natural language processing
  • (NLP), computer vision, and generative AI, combined with a consultative and solution-oriented sales approach.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement and Strategic Relationships:

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with CxOs, IT decision-makers, and business leaders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to educate clients on leveraging AI technologies, including cloud-based AI solutions, intelligent applications, and autonomous systems.

Sales Leadership:

  • Develop go-to-market strategies to penetrate key industries and expand the company’s footprint in AI-powered solutions.
  • Drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, focusing on high-value opportunities.

Solution Selling Expertise:

  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI-driven business intelligence, decision-support systems, and smart analytics into clients’ operations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor AI pipelines, data integration frameworks, and ML model deployment to customer needs. 
  • Market and Technology Advocacy:
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, including AutoML, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and explainable AI (XAI).
  • Represent the organization at industry events and forums to showcase AI solutions and innovations.

Required Qualifications
Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 8 - 12 years of experience in technology-related sales, with a focus on consultative and solution selling.
  • 5–7 years in AI/ML product sales, intelligent systems, or public cloud AI services.
  • Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and managing large, complex enterprise sales cycles.

Skills and Competencies
AI Expertise:

  • Comprehensive understanding of AI/ML algorithms, big data ecosystems, and AI infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with key AI tools and platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Microsoft Azure AI, and OpenAI APIs.

Sales Skills:

  • Expertise in selling AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS) and integrating AI workflows into enterprise ecosystems.
  • Ability to articulate the value of AI technologies in ROI terms, using metrics like data efficiency, prediction accuracy, and time-to-insight reduction.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

  • Exceptional communication skills to simplify and convey complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing C-suite relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Technical Competence:

  • Knowledge of data annotation, model training and tuning, and AI deployment at scale.
  • Ability to navigate edge AI, AI-enhanced IoT (AIoT), and real-time data pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling AI-powered digital transformation solutions in industries such as finance, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with emerging trends such as federated learning, synthetic data generation, and AI governance frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and compliance with AI regulations (e.g., GDPR, AI Act).
