Job Summary
We're seeking experienced associates to join the Technology Advisory unit of our Business Advisory Division. The ideal candidate will offer advisory services in Information Technology with expertise in cybersecurity and General Information Technology control reviews. In addition, actively provide leadership to the team and drive thought leadership endeavours.
Responsibilities
- Execute a wide variety of technology advisory projects including cybersecurity and penetration testing, digital transformation, IT compliance, and IT audit/assurance.
- Develop competence and expertise in key service areas, refine methodologies and contribute to firm-wide practice development efforts
- Coordinate the training, on-the-job development, performance management, and retention of Technology Advisory personnel
- Perform risk management procedures for onboarding clients and accepting engagements
- Build an in-depth knowledge of clients’ businesses, and stay up-to-date on industry activities, marketplace trends, regulatory requirements, international standards, and leading practices.
- Collaborate to produce high-quality work products, thus ensuring a best-in-class client experience.
- Facilitate internal and external technical training sessions.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, from an accredited university with a minimum of Second Class (Upper) Division.
- Minimum of three (3) years of recent IT Service Management experience, with a focus on cybersecurity, process design, program management and compliance; with at least one (1) spent in risk consulting or IT Risk position in the industry.
- Experience in conducting ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 2301, ISO 27017, and ISO 27032 audits and thorough knowledge of the standards.
- Professional qualifications and relevant industry designations such as:
- CISA
- ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor.
- ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer.
- ISO/IEC 20000 Lead Auditor.
- ISO/IEC 20000 Lead Implementer.
- ISO 22301 Lead Implementer.
