- This role involves data analysis, gathering requirements, demand and supply forecasting, sales and operations planning, ATP/CTP collaboration, risk identification, and providing insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for tracking KPIs.
- Provide insights to optimize inventory management and distribution strategies, both from the supplier end to the customer end.
- Lead and Support integration and implementation of new systems and technologies, with a heavy focus on automating workflows.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to resolve supply chain issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- 5 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, Python and Tableau.
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and ownership mindset.
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools preferred.
- Certification in supply chain management or business analysis desirable.
