We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Analyst to is to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The Ideal candidate will work with stakeholders to understand their requirements, analyze business processes, and help design effective solutions that meet business goals.
Summary of Responsibilities
Strategic Business Analysis & Leadership
- Lead and drive high-impact business analysis initiatives that align with organizational goals and best practices.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making, leveraging data-driven analysis and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify business opportunities for innovation, digital transformation, and operational efficiency.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to junior business analysts, fostering professional development and capability -building within the team.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Demonstrate maturity and expertise in managing executive stakeholders, both internally and externally, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Engage with regulators, industry partners, and vendors to ensure compliance with industry standards and operational excellence.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business units, IT, operations, and external stakeholders to enhance business outcomes.
Data-Driven Decision Making & Market Analysis
- Conduct in-depth financial, operational, and market analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the aviation industry.
- Utilize advanced business intelligence tools and frameworks (e.g., PESTLE, SWOT, BMC) to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Support the development of predictive analytics and AI-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Process Optimization & Digital Transformation
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows within aviation operations, leveraging automation and digital solutions.
- Support end-to-end business process modeling, ensuring continuous alignment with industry regulations and emerging aviation technologies.
- Identify and implement best practices in software development and deployment within the aviation ecosystem, focusing on safety, compliance, and user experience.
Project & Product Management
- Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring the successful implementation of aviation-specific business solutions, from requirements gathering to post-implementation review.
- Define go-to-market strategies for new aviation software solutions, ensuring market-fit, competitive positioning, and customer satisfaction.
Manage software testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality, usability, and compliance with aviation industry standards.

Requirements
- B.Sc in Business Management and/or related courses
- M.Sc/MBA is an added advantage
- IIBA Certification – CBA or CBAP
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- Scrum certification
- Industry knowledge in software engineering, technology or finance
