Responsibilities:

Business Process Review and Risk Mitigation:

  • Conduct end-to-end reviews of assigned business processes to identify operational, financial, and technological risks.
  • Propose solutions and opportunities for process efficiency improvements.

Expertise in E-banking and IT:

  • Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in e-banking and information technology.
  • Apply this knowledge to develop, execute, and enhance action plans.
  • Provide guidance to colleagues on best practices and the application of technology solutions.

Stakeholder Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Engage with business units, IT teams, and external partners to align efforts and meet customer needs.

Project Leadership and Management:

  • Lead or participate in multiple projects, ranging from small to mid-size initiatives.
  • Manage project documentation, scope, schedules, and milestones.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project tasks and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Process Design and Improvement:

  • Analyze and design complex business and systems processes.
  • Focus on quality improvement and data management.
  • Recommend process enhancements or re-engineering.
  • Integrate new systems and processes with existing ones.

Effective Communication:

  • Keep stakeholders informed through formal and informal communication methods (emails, presentations, and updates).
  • Facilitate project meetings and presentations for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, etc.)
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking or fintech industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management experience is advantageous.
