Responsibilities:
Business Process Review and Risk Mitigation:
- Conduct end-to-end reviews of assigned business processes to identify operational, financial, and technological risks.
- Propose solutions and opportunities for process efficiency improvements.
Expertise in E-banking and IT:
- Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in e-banking and information technology.
- Apply this knowledge to develop, execute, and enhance action plans.
- Provide guidance to colleagues on best practices and the application of technology solutions.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Engage with business units, IT teams, and external partners to align efforts and meet customer needs.
Project Leadership and Management:
- Lead or participate in multiple projects, ranging from small to mid-size initiatives.
- Manage project documentation, scope, schedules, and milestones.
- Ensure timely delivery of project tasks and effective communication with all stakeholders.
Process Design and Improvement:
- Analyze and design complex business and systems processes.
- Focus on quality improvement and data management.
- Recommend process enhancements or re-engineering.
- Integrate new systems and processes with existing ones.
Effective Communication:
- Keep stakeholders informed through formal and informal communication methods (emails, presentations, and updates).
- Facilitate project meetings and presentations for diverse audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, etc.)
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking or fintech industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience is advantageous.
