Job Overview:

  • As a Senior Business Systems and Process Analyst with over 7 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our healthcare technology ecosystem. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing systems and processes to support our mission of providing accessible healthcare solutions to all.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Collaborate with business units to identify, clarify, and document business objectives and processes, hence maintaining comprehensive documentation of system processes.
  • Translate business requirements into architectural solutions and system designs.
  • Analyze current architectural structures, recommend enhancements, and conduct root cause analysis to identify and address issues proactively.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to refine system requirements and coordinate with IT and software development teams to ensure technical alignment with business goals.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies for potential adoption
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation, diagrams, and business process maps, and oversee the implementation of architectural recommendations.
  • Ensure that business and architectural strategies remain aligned as business needs evolve
  • Engage with external vendors and partners to assess potential collaborations, integrations, and assist in the selection and implementation of healthcare software solutions.
  • Work alongside project managers to prioritize tasks based on business value, architectural significance, and participate in project planning and implementation for healthcare technology initiatives, providing mentorship to other business analysts and team members.
  • Engage in risk assessment and propose mitigation strategies from a business architecture perspective, align business processes with technological solutions for efficiency, and advocate for user-centric designs and processes.
  • Collaborate with the data analytics team to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
  • Drive business transformation initiatives rooted in architectural advancements to facilitate seamless change management processes during system upgrades or integrations,
  • Assisting in budgeting and forecasting from an architectural perspective.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization, conduct regular system audits and data validation, and stay updated on healthcare technology trends and best practices.
  • Assist in resolving system-related issues and troubleshooting, provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities, and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Analyze and evaluate existing healthcare technology systems and processes, understand and curate user personas, including patients, professional and healthcare businesses, to design tailored experiences, and collaborate with product managers to translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and streamline workflows for increased efficiency, collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, design and implement system enhancements to meet business objectives, and conduct root cause analysis to identify and address issues proactively.
  • Create process flow diagrams, models, and diagrams to illustrate system functions, collaborate with IT teams to implement system changes and updates, and ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations.
  • Assist in the selection and implementation of healthcare software solutions, perform system testing, validation, and quality assurance, monitor system performance, and recommend optimizations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization and stay updated on healthcare technology trends and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Information Management, Business, or related field.
  • Over 7 years of experience in healthcare technology analysis and process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in process modeling and documentation tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Project management experience is a plus.

  • Business Systems and Process Analyst (Healthcare Systems): Minimum of 5 years (Required)
  • Software Innovation R & D/ Execution of product requirement documentation: 5 years (Preferred)
