Job Summary

  • We are seeking a talented and visionary Senior Creative Manager to join our creative team and develop groundbreaking campaigns that captivate our audiences. 
  • The successful candidate should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality creative work, leading and inspiring teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure high-quality creative work that meets brand’s standards and guidelines.
  • Take jobs from concept to final execution and visualization.
  • Brainstorm with team members to develop an aesthetic and original designs that best reflects the big idea across all media. i.e., prints, websites, social medial pages and other marketing materials.
  • Work with the team members to understand project objectives and deliver high-quality visuals.
  • Present completed ideas to both clients and sometimes team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies and best practices.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in creative management, with a focus on advertising, marketing, or digital media.
  • Strong knowledge of Blender, Premiere Pro, Maya etc.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality creative work and leading successful teams.
  • Strong understanding of creative principles, including art direction, copywriting, and design.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • ATL, BTL, TTL backgrounds are desired.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Fine Arts or related field
  • Experience with creative management software and tools
  • Knowledge of digital media and emerging technologies.
