Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in successfully managing digital advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google.
  • Hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days spent at the office.
  • Proficient in graphic design tools and capable of creating compelling visuals.
  • Basic video creation skills for short and impactful marketing videos.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Competencies:

  • Ability to plan, execute, and optimize impactful ad campaigns on Facebook and Google platforms.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhanced results.
  • Ability to utilize your graphic design skills to create visually appealing and effective marketing collateral.
  • Ability to develop simple yet engaging videos to enhance campaign performance and audience engagement.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Ability to apply a strong business mindset to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior, ensuring marketing strategies align with broader business objectives.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and campaigns are executed flawlessly.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate efforts and achieve project milestones.
