About the Role
As our Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer & Team Lead, you'll spearhead the development of innovative solutions while mentoring and guiding our engineering team to new heights. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and implementation of sophisticated web and mobile applications
- Drive technical decision-making and establish best practices for the engineering department
- Architect and implement scalable, production-grade AI/ML solutions
- Design and develop robust RESTful APIs
- Oversee the complete software development lifecycle
- Mentor and manage a team of junior developers, fostering their growth and technical capabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js
- Strong proficiency in Python/PHP, particularly in building scalable applications
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and projects
- Experience in implementing AI/ML solutions
- Expert-level knowledge in RESTful API design and implementation
- Strong foundation in system design and architecture principles
- Experience with version control, cloud platforms and DevOps practices
Preferred Skills
- Web and Mobile application development experience
- Experience with agile development methodologies such as SCRUM
- Strong communication and team-building abilities
- Track record of successful project delivery
