Job Description
- NimbleByte Global is looking to hire a Fullstack Developer for one of our partners located in Lagos, Nigeria. The ideal candidate would be involved in contributing to the design and development of scalable software solutions.
- Responsibilities span the entire software development life cycle, from conceptualization to deployment. Interested candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related field.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development teams and product managers to conceptualize software solutions.
- Designing, developing, and implementing web applications using Next.js and related front-end technologies, such as React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Writing clean, maintainable, and well-structured code, adhering to best practices and industry standards for Next.js development.
- Performing thorough testing and debugging of Next.js applications to ensure optimal functionality, reliability, and security.
- Design client-side and server-side architecture.
- Develop visually appealing front-end applications.
- Manage databases and applications effectively.
- Write APIs and conduct software testing for responsiveness and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software as needed.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to enhance software.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
- Experience in developing both web and mobile applications using Next.js.
- Familiarity with common technology stacks.
- Proficiency in multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML,
- jQuery).
- Extensive knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js).
- Familiarity with databases (e.g., MS SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle), web servers (e.g., Apache), and UI/UX design.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset.
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a?relevant?field.
