About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in marketing to join our dynamic team.
- This role requires a visionary designer who understands the nuances of marketing campaigns and can translate strategic goals into captivating visual content.
- You’ll work closely with the marketing, brand, and product teams to deliver impactful designs that engage audiences, drive brand awareness, and support lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute high-quality visual content across digital and print channels.
- Design creative assets for marketing campaigns including social media graphics, display ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and digital banners.
- Develop compelling visuals for product launches, events, case studies, infographics, and presentations.
- Create and maintain consistent brand identity and guidelines across all materials and platforms.
- Work with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure visuals align with marketing objectives and brand strategy.
- Stay updated on design trends, marketing best practices, and competitor activities to keep our brand at the forefront of innovation.
- Produce print collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, and event materials when necessary.
- Support video production and animation projects by creating motion graphics, storyboards, and visual assets.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a focus on marketing and brand design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work across multiple marketing channels (social media, email, web, print, etc.).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma (or similar tools).
- Experience designing for digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social ads, email marketing, etc.).
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles is an advantage.
- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or animation is a plus.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects.
- Marketing agency experience is a major plus.
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
