Key Responsibilities
- ICT Strategy and Management:Develop and execute ICT strategies and plans aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives. Oversee the management and optimization of IT systems, infrastructure, and resources to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Infrastructure and Operations:Manage the day-to-day operations of the ICT department, including system administration, network management, and hardware/software maintenance. Ensure the availability, performance, and security of ICT infrastructure and services.
- Project Management:Lead and manage ICT projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and integrations. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Cybersecurity and Risk Management:Implement and oversee cybersecurity measures to protect the organization’s data and IT systems from threats and vulnerabilities. Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data protection and cybersecurity.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting:Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex ICT issues and incidents. Develop and enforce IT support processes and procedures to ensure effective resolution of technical problems.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management:Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and consultants to ensure quality and cost-effective delivery of ICT services and solutions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their ICT needs and provide appropriate solutions and support.
- Innovation and Improvement:Identify and evaluate new technologies and trends to enhance organizational efficiency and competitiveness. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ICT operations and infrastructure.
- Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and develop the ICT team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Manage team performance, set objectives, and provide feedback to support professional growth and development.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s Degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP) preferred.
- Experience: 7 - 10 years of progressive experience in ICT roles, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management position.
- Skills:Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network management, and cybersecurity principles. Proven experience in project management and leading ICT initiatives. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Effective leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in ICT tools, platforms, and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced certifications or specializations in relevant areas of ICT.
