What You will Do for Us
- Leads the development, creation and implementation of project based communications ensuring plans are fully synchronized with our Africa strategies and Global narrative
- Develops and initiates strategies and content to drive measurable value for the business both through internal employee engagement and earned, owned and paid media
- Coordinates with regional communications teams, marketing teams, bottling partners and other functions to ensure consistency of plans and messaging.
- Builds and executes strategy for internal and external communication and channels for Nigeria
- Demonstrate strong understanding of local media landscape and management.
- Coordinates with various partners to drive brand PR, sustainability, and corporate communications.
- Goals focus on both short-term and mid-term priorities.
Role Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in communication or related fields
- 8-10-plus years of relevant experience
- Collaborative, network-oriented mindset
- Curiosity about a wide range of topics, and willingness to learn new areas
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communications skills
- Strong ability to work agilely in different teams, both inside & outside of the system
