Job Description & Summary
- At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
- As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in SAP technology alliances to expand the firm's client base.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
Technical Delivery:
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality SAP projects to clients, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the successful execution of SAP projects.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to ensure client satisfaction.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Set clear goals and expectations for team members, providing regular feedback and support.
- Encourage professional development and growth within the team.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in delivering SAP projects to transform/achieve business objectives.
- Current or past experience in Consulting/Professional services firms is a must.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in SAP technology.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
