Job Brief
- We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior React Native Developer to join our team.
- As part of our development team, you will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver a seamless and engaging user experience.
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using React Native.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications using React Native.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Optimise applications for maximum performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Troubleshoot and debug to optimize application performance and user experience.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance app functionality.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain code quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven 4 years of experience in React Native development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax.
- Experience with Redux or other state management tools.
- Proficiency with mobile development tools and platforms such as Xcode and Android Studio.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Familiarity with native build tools like Gradle, Xcode, etc.
- Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of React.js and React Native CLI or Expo.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience in optimizing performance on mobile applications.
- Knowledge of mobile app deployment (App Store and Google Play Store).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Knowledge of GraphQL.
- Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android) is a plus.
