Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement:Act as the primary technical advisor for clients, understanding their business needs and providing strategic technical solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Technical Analysis and Solution Design:Conduct thorough technical assessments and analyses to identify client requirements and challenges. Develop and propose comprehensive technical solutions, including system designs, architecture, and implementation plans.
- Project Management:Lead and manage technical consulting projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and client expectations. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, and other consultants, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Documentation and Reporting:Prepare and present detailed technical documentation, reports, and project deliverables to clients and internal stakeholders. Document project progress, issues, and resolutions, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all communications.
- Training and Mentoring:Mentor and train junior consultants and team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team capabilities. Provide guidance and support on complex technical issues and project challenges.
- Business Development:Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client presentations. Support the development of consulting services and methodologies to enhance the firm’s offerings and market position.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technical consulting or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Skills:Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, providing technical guidance and support.
