Role Description
- This is a contract remote role for a Service Now Analyst.
- The Service Now Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day support and administration of the Service Now platform including incident, problem, change, configuration, and service request management.
- The Service Now Analyst will also be responsible for creating and maintaining Service Now reports and dashboards, as well as performing system testing and troubleshooting technical issues.
Candidate must have experience on the below modules:
- ITSM (Std & Pro)
- ITAM (SAM Pro) including the common publishers
- Customer Service Management
- Telco Service Management
- Field Service Management
- ITOM (Discovery, Visibility, Pro)
- HRSD (Std, Pro, Enterprise)
- Service Portfolio Management
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills, Technical Support, and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience with Service Now platform administration and support
- Experience with configuring and managing Service Now modules such as incident, problem, change, configuration, and service request management
- Experience with creating and maintaining Service Now reports and dashboards
- Experience with system testing and troubleshooting technical issues
- Experience with Finance is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
