Job Description:
- Work with clients to understand their business processes, needs, and requirements and provide guidance on best practices for leveraging the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants and project managers, to design and implement customized solutions using the ServiceNow platform, including integration with other systems and applications
- Develop and maintain business process models and requirements documents to ensure alignment with client needs and objectives
- Perform gap analysis to identify areas where ServiceNow functionality needs to be enhanced or customized to meet client requirements
- Assist in testing and deploying ServiceNow solutions, including performing functional and integration testing to ensure that solutions meet client requirements
- Provide training and support to end-users on the ServiceNow platform and related processes
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow and related technologies, including attending training and certification programs as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Several years of experience working as a business analyst, with a focus on ServiceNow
- Proficiency in analysing business requirements and developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and CMDB
- Ability to understand and map business processes and workflows
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- ServiceNow certification, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), is preferred
