Job Summary:
We're looking for a creative and results-driven digital Media Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive engagement, grow our online community, and convert followers into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social & digital media strategies
- Manage and maintain social & digital media presence (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos)
- Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, creative, sales)
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices
- Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns
- Foster online community engagement and customer service
Requirements:
- 2+ years of social & digital media management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns
- Excellent content creation, writing, and visual design skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with social & digital media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships
- Knowledge of email marketing and CRM systems
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software
