Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will (but not limited to):

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the real estate market. This includes platform selection, content planning, audience targeting, and aligning with overall marketing and sales objectives.
  • Create original and engaging content, including text, images, videos, infographics, and blog posts, that showcases properties, highlights company offerings, and educates potential buyers and investors. Ensure content aligns with the brand’s voice and tone.
  • Manage and monitor the company\'s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Schedule and publish content regularly, ensuring that the company’s social media presence is active and consistent.
  • Interact with followers and prospective clients by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries. Build an active online community by fostering relationships and encouraging conversations around real estate trends, news, and company updates.
  • Execute campaigns that increase brand awareness, attract new followers, and engage current audiences. Track social media growth and take proactive measures to increase reach and engagement.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, reach, clicks, conversions, and lead generation. Analyze data and create monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to promote property listings, real estate services, or special offers. Monitor budgets and analyze ROI.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in social media, digital marketing, and real estate to incorporate new tactics and tools that enhance engagement and drive results.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure social media content aligns with broader marketing strategies, sales goals, and promotional events or launches.
  • Optimize content for social media platforms and implement SEO best practices to enhance visibility. Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads from social media channels.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts, creating content, and implementing social media strategies, preferably within the real estate or related sectors.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Expertise in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Familiarity with paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).

Required Competencies

  • Proven experience in managing multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content (photos, videos, graphics, etc.) using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other editing software.
  • Strong understanding of social media advertising, SEO, content marketing, and lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling posts, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers effectively.
  • Ability to develop innovative content ideas that resonate with a target audience and reflect the company’s brand.
  • Proficiency in analyzing social media performance data using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or third-party platforms to measure KPIs and optimize strategy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A basic understanding of the real estate market, industry terms, and trends that will allow for the creation of relevant, accurate content.
