Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Social Media & Administrative Coordinator to manage administrative tasks and oversee our social media platforms. This role is crucial in enhancing our brand awareness, optimizing customer engagement, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and creative, with a strong understanding of social media marketing and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties:

  • Schedule and organize all meetings, bookings, and appointments.
  • Complete and submit monthly expense reports.
  • Handle requests and queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Oversee customer support inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Process and manage invoices.
  • Book and coordinate occasional travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Maintain databases and prepare reports, and other documentation.
  • Conduct research and surveys, delivering findings efficiently.
  • Ensure discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Social Media & Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging content to enhance customer interest and brand awareness.
  • Write and review content for social media platforms and public communications.
  • Implement SEO-driven strategies to increase traffic and engagement.
  • Monitor website and social media traffic and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Brainstorm and execute innovative ways to boost brand presence across digital platforms.
  • Ensure consistency in content, aligning with brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Identify customer needs and create relevant content.
  • Regularly update social media and content pages.
  • Utilize social media marketing tools to strengthen the company’s online presence.
  • Research and recommend effective social media marketing campaigns.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders across social platforms.
  • Analyze the company's digital marketing strategy, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and updates, ensuring relevance in marketing efforts.
  • Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in social media management, marketing, content creation, administrative support, or related fields.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, Literature, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive Suite, Canva, CapCut, and major social media platforms.
  • Creative & Strategic Thinking: Must be innovative, creative, and capable of strategic digital marketing execution.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Time Management: Strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Independence: Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of SEO best practices, UI/UX design, and analytics software.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
