Responsibilities:
- Develop and create high quality advertising campaigns
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness
- Manage and schedule content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Grow our social media presence by increasing followers, engagement, and conversions
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and social media strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure alignment and maximum impact
- Create property listings, virtual tours, and other marketing materials
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and ADs management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in social media and ADs management
- Must be proficient in online ADs targeting and management
- Proven track record of success in creating engaging content and growing social media presence
- Excellent writing, editing, and design skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and current market trends
- Experience with email marketing and newsletter creation
- Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research
