The Role:
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and fashion-savvy Social Media and Brand Assistant to join our team. You will play a vital role in growing our online presence, building brand awareness, and helping drive engagement and sales through strategic content creation and community management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and post daily content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, following, and online sales
- Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics, captions, and short videos (Reels, Stories, Posts)
- Respond to comments, messages, and foster community interaction
- Collaborate with the Founder on marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, suggesting improvements
- Stay updated with trends in fashion, social media, and content creation
Requirements:
- Experience managing social media accounts for brands (fashion brand experience is a bonus)
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Canva (or other design apps)
- Creative eye for aesthetics, styling, and brand storytelling
- Good communication and writing skills (comfortable writing captions that match the brand tone)
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
- Basic knowledge of social media advertising is a plus (but not required)
- Passionate about fashion, storytelling, and growing with an emerging brand
Hours and Pay:
- Part-time (flexible hours)
